Matthew Frost
Matthew Frost has held a number of senior leadership roles in the UK business sector including time with McKinsey & Company where he advised other organisations on their strategy and organisational effectiveness, Rexam Plc as divisional marketing director and Bowater Plc as corporate strategy manager.
Matthew also has extensive overseas experience, having worked with international relief organisation Medair, firstly in Somalia where he was responsible for managing finance and leading three public health teams working across the North East of the country. He went on to work as Medair country director for Afghanistan where he established and directed Medair’s aid programme, which included winter relief distributions, management of hospitals and the reconstruction of homes and public infrastructure.
Matthew has an MA in Economics from Cambridge and an MBA from IMD, Lausanne.
He is married to Katherine and they have four young children. They attend St Mark’s Church in Battersea, South West London.
